Company profile

Admiral Group is an association of professional trade and service companies that began it’s water and sports products trade and recreational services activity in the beginning of the nineties. The place of business of the Group’s main ventures is Moscow, Russia.

Structure of services, provided by the Group’s ventures:

• Retail sales and order based sales for motor boats and sale boats, personal watercrafts, boat engines, snowmobiles and other water and sports products and equipment. (Admiral Market Marine shops and showrooms)

• Service and after sales service for motor boats, personal watercrafts, snowmobiles and boat engines

• Complex of shows and corporate holidays, including the open air shows and fireworks, setting up the individual and corporate holidays (“Admiral” Marine Club)

• Hotel (country houses in the wood side of the Club)

• «Admiral Marina Club» house boat  (hotel complex on water)

• Services, provided by the “Admiral yacht club”: rent of the fully equipped berths, winter storage, pre-sale service and after sale service

• “Admiral” restaurant complex, that provides individual and group banquet services up to 2 000 persons.

• Realty services – selection and full circle of legal services for purchase and sale of land in ecologically clean and prosper regions (Admiral Real Estate)

• Agricultural complex – production and sales of the specially grown agricultural products

Ventures, that are forming the Group of companies are all being separate legal entities and have own business structure. As a unifying basis for all the ventures (businesses) there are trade mark, coordinated business technology and mutual interests of the constitutors of companies, that are parts of Admiral Group.

Group’s ventures’ activity is oriented for providing services for clients with higher than medium level of income.

1. Group’s trade sector

Includes the biggest in Russia sales and service complex of water and sports products and equipment “Admiral Market Marine”, show room “Admiral Market Marine”, representative offices in Saint Petersburg and other cities of Russia. The Group also includes companies- wholesale suppliers of the water and sport products, made in Russia, and imported.  

The assortment ranges more than 7 000 titles of water and sports products and equipment. All of that are boats, yachts, motor power boats, boat engines, personal water crafts, snowmobiles, ATVs, boat trailers, sport apparel and equipment, accessories etc.

The companies of Group’s trade sector include companies that provide technical services, with after sales warranty and extended warranty for different types of the water and sports equipment, snowmobiles and boat motors. 

Water and sports product market experience.

Admiral Group is an exclusive distributor for the following brands:

• Crownline Boats USA – from 1996. These boat’s features are nice hull, quality interior and unique functionality.

• Majesty motor yachts, Gulf Craft shipyard  (Gulf Craft Inc, UAE) – from 2001. Unique motor yachts, allowing client to compose individually the interior and inside layout of the yacht.

• Viksund motor yachts (Viksund, Norway) and Marex motor yachts (Marex, Norway) – from 2007. The idea and constructional characteristics make these boats absolutely suitable for Russia climate.

• Starcraft  («Starcraft Marine», USA), Quintrex («QUINTREX», Australia) – from 2006. Aluminum boats of these companies is the priority choice for the hunting and fishing fans.

• Harbersraft (Harbercraft Premium Aluminum Boats, Canada) – from 2007. These boats with water jet engines are must buy for usage on shallow water.

• Sugar Sand (Sugar Sand, USA) – from 2007. High speed plastic boats with the eye catching graphics.

Also the companies of the Group are dealers for other world known companies:

- Silver Boats – Silver aluminum boats, Saint Petersburg, Russia

- Arctic Cat – snowmobiles and ATVs (Arctic Cat, USA)

- Suzuki Marine – otboard motors Suzuki (Suzuki Motor Corp, Japan)

- Dongli – artificial palms and plants (Dongli, China)

The ventures of the Group are also actively retailing as subdealers the products of many other world wide known brands, such as Yamaha, Honda, Stringer, Brig, Dengbol, Goastra, Musto etc.

2. Group’s recreational service sector

Is presented by the recreation-servicing branch “Admiral Marine Club”.

The Club is located 7 kms from Moscow on a Dmitrovskoe shosse, at the bank of Klyazma. It’s infrastructure consists of: banquette hall, comfortable furnished recreation zones, playgrounds and sport courts, hotel, house boat “Admiral Marina Club”, forest park, Russian banya (sauna), yacht club. Total area is 5 hectares.  "Admiral" has unique conditions for individual rest and carrying out a complex of corporate and private actions, celebrations, banquets, weddings, conferences. The structure of service includes banquet service, organization of concert shows, discos, salutes and fireworks, sports events.

Service infrastructure:

• "Admiral" Restaurant complex

Open air and indoors banquet halls on the bank of Klyazma reservoir: «Nautilus» - up to 1300 persons, "Chapiteau" - up to 300 persons, «Yellow Submarine » - up to 150 persons. “Wild Coyote” saloon (up to 90 persons). “La Palma“ café-bar, summer open air cafe “Joly Roger”, platforms for barbecue.

Water and sports equipment and accessories for rent.  Representative class motor yachts. Motor boats (caddies, cruisers) up to 21 persons. Personal water crafts, windsurfing, motor boat with the toe for parachute, water ski, wakeboard, “banana”. Go-cart racing and snowmobiles during winter time.

• Beaches

On one of them-pier and a diving tower. Chaise lounges and umbrellas for our client’s convenience. Swimming pools – 3 for adults and 2 for kids. All pools are equipped with the system of self-cleaning, heating and illumination.

• Hotel

Housing in forest part of the Club. 24 hour service.

• «Admiral Marina Club» house boat

“Economy”, “standard” and “de luxe” suites, restaurant for 30 sitting places, sauna with pool and massage room. 24 hour service.

• Russian banya (sauna) “Teremok” with exit to heated pool

Includes steam room, dining room with fire place, where guests can cook on barbeque themselves, 2 massage rooms, karaoke.    

• Yacht club for 150 memberships

Complex of services includes renting of equipped berths, winter storage, service and refueling of the water and sports equipment.

• Billiards, table tennis. Paintball

3. Main ventures, forming the Admiral Group

OJSC “Market Marine” Trade House (Moscow region). Biggest in Russia (total area 3000 square meters) trade house in the field of sports and water goods. Trade operations effected at the trade and service complex (TSC) “Admiral Market Marine” that is located 7 kms from MKAD by Dmitrovskoye shosse at the bank of Klazma reservoir at the following address: 1, Staro-Dmitrovskoye shosse. Total area 2 hectares of land.
